A palavra \u2018Lean\u2019 vem do ingl\u00eas e pode ser traduzida como \u2018enxuto\u2019. Mais tarde, foi popularizado pelo livro \u201cA Mentalidade Enxuta nas Empresas Lean Thinking: Elimine o Desperd\u00edcio e Crie Riqueza\u201d, de James P. Womack e Daniel T. Jones.<\/p>\n

1. Foco em atender a demanda real do cliente<\/h2>\n

Em f\u00e1bricas, existe uma vis\u00e3o tradicional de que um produto \u00e9 \u2018empurrado\u2019 pelos processos da linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 chegar a ponta final \u2014 no cliente. No Lean, \u00e9 preciso enxergar isso ao contr\u00e1rio: \u00e9 o cliente que vai \u2018puxar\u2019 a linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, a partir das suas demandas.<\/p>\n

Esse tipo de vis\u00e3o, com a produtividade direcionada \u00e0 demanda real dos clientes, \u00e9 uma forma de enxergar a empresa com mais objetividade, evitando problemas como m\u00f3veis encalhados no estoque<\/a> e processos desnecess\u00e1rios na linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Redu\u00e7\u00e3o do desperd\u00edcio em todos os processos<\/h2>\n

Outra grande vantagem do Lean \u00e9 o enxugamento de qualquer processo ou elemento desnecess\u00e1rio na linha produtiva<\/a>. Com isso, a f\u00e1brica economiza em materiais<\/strong>, uso de equipamentos, recursos humanos e at\u00e9 espa\u00e7o f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n

Para ter uma linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> verdadeiramente \u00e9 preciso que o gestor entenda o que traz valor ao produto final e o que \u00e9 desnecess\u00e1rio e pode ser eliminado, geralmente, contando com a parceria dos colaboradores t\u00e9cnicos para isso.<\/p>\n

Reduzir o desperd\u00edcio<\/a> n\u00e3o significa necessariamente demiss\u00f5es, mas sim o aproveitamento melhor dos recursos para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de valor.<\/p>\n

3. Melhoria da qualidade com a metodologia Lean<\/h2>\n

Um dos princ\u00edpios do Lean \u00e9 a qualidade total imediata. Em cada etapa da linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>, os colaboradores devem buscar pelo \u2018zero defeito\u2019. Para isso, \u00e9 preciso determinar padr\u00f5es de qualidade que possam ser verificados facilmente.<\/p>\n

Kaizen \u00e9 um conceito que nasceu no estilo de vida do guerreiro tradicional japon\u00eas, o samurai. O termo significa algo como aperfei\u00e7oamento cont\u00ednuo<\/strong> e foi adotado pelo Lean para enfatizar a necessidade de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o e aprendizado de li\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Nessa metodologia, todos os dias devem ser feitas melhorias que visem aperfei\u00e7oar o processo produtivo, mesmo que m\u00ednimas. Essa evolu\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser um aumento na produtividade<\/strong>, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos ou melhoria da qualidade, por exemplo.<\/p>\n
